The price of a window does not come from square meters: it depends on how much aluminum and glass it really takes.
decision
Pull the geometry out of 2,641 factory-software recipes, without porting the whole thing.
result
Material error from 2.44× down to ~1%, validated with orders the factory priced.

Sole owner of the company’s systems area: software development (the main focus), infrastructure, company websites and office IT support.

  • I design, build and maintain the internal systems end to end: data model, business rules, API, interface and deploy.
  • The quoter and the stock system are in production, used by clients, sales, logistics, construction sites and management. Arce, which analyzes state purchases, is in a new stage.
  • I connect them to the company’s Monday boards so production and tasks move forward without entering data twice.

about me

From a technical high school to leading a company’s systems.

I did the Technological Baccalaureate in Informatics at UTU and I am now studying Systems Engineering at Universidad de Montevideo, alongside work. I joined Grupo CPS in December 2024 and today I am in charge of the whole systems area.

The part I enjoy most is the backend: understanding a domain well enough to model it, putting the rules where nobody can skip them, and checking results against reality before calling them good. I work in Spanish and English (C1).
